Danfoss Motion Controls Division is made up of four business units - Danfoss Drives, Danfoss Gearmotors, Danfoss Silicon Power and Danfoss Solar Inverters - with production facilities in China, Denmark, Germany, Slovakia and the United States. We are a world leading developer and manufacturer of motor controllers for applications such as pumps, electric motors, conveyor belts and cranes, and are amongst the world leaders in development, manufacture and sale of solar inverters.

To ensure that our products meet our customers' expectations we are looking for a new colleague to be responsible for product validation from planning to final testing.

The job

Your primary task will be to manage and coordinate the product validation and testing process within the testing team. It will be your responsibility to ensure that test schedules are met and that test results are reported to project management. It is of extreme importance that our products function optimally and live up to our customers' quality and functionality expectations.

You will be joining the Global Test and Verification Department, which is organized in Global Product Development. We work with testing, verification and approvals and have our own test facilities for almost all types of testing including software/hardware performance, EMC, mechanics, UL/LVD, lifetime and reliability.

We are an experienced testing team consisting mainly of engineers and technicians and plan our own work in a relaxed, but dynamic, atmosphere, where there is room for sparring and continuous development. This requires that you are able quickly to adjust to and handle sudden changes in priorities and tasks.

Your background

We imagine that you are an experienced engineer with experience from a similar working environment and tasks. You are good at organizing your work and are able to document and communicate results in both Danish and English.

As a person you are naturally curious, outgoing and enjoy coordinating a team of ambitious colleagues. You naturally take responsibility and are good at guiding, coordinating and planning projects and processes. Also, you are not afraid to act if the situation demands it.
